Passionate about people, health and fitness. I am a registered nurse by profession and I have two young boys’ names James and Joshua. I have been happily married for almost 9 years to a hunk of a husband (Warren), all three these men in my life keep me busy, happy and content.
Since a young age I used to run along the roads of Swaziland where I grew up, and I remember loving the challenge of going faster and longer. I have always been interested in sports and nutrition and was a part of my life for many years. About 6 years ago I sustained a knee injury, which made it almost impossible for me to do long distance running. Shortly after that, I had my first child! My usual training routine was blown out the window, bad habits set in, and I started to gain weight.
Two years ago, Warren and I decided enough was enough. Together we decided to do make a drastic change in our lifestyles. I have never looked back!
I followed the USN training guide. It was my first time ever doing weights, and I was hooked! I could not believe what a difference it made to my body. I absolutely thrived on the training sessions.
Not only that, it was also my first-time using sports supplements. I could not believe what a boost it gave for my endurance during training, and my recovery afterwards!
I would absolutely recommend anyone to challenge themselves with the USN 12 week challenge. Honestly, if you give it your all, it will change your life. The challenge will also change your outlook on food and health.
Why should we waste this amazing life feeling unhealthy and unhappy? I want to encourage all the woman out there that aren’t happy with their bodies to make the change happen! If I could then anyone else who believes they can will do the same.
This is what I believe: If you are in any way unhappy with the way you feel, do something about it. Life is too short to have any regrets, and too short to live at only half your potential!
