The USN BMC competition is open to all who have completed their Body makeover Challenge and achieved the best transformation during their 12 week weight loss journey. The BMC Competition runs 3 times a year with set starting dates during Jan, May and Sept. All you need to do is track your weekly progress in your profile dashboard and stand a chance to win the best male and female transformation. It’s that simple!
If your new body is not already a great prize you can be proud of, the BMC Competition might just be that extra motivation and reward you need to really give it everything you’ve got.

At the end of your 12 week journey USN will select the best male and female winner.
You can still register, download and start your personal Body Makeover Challenge at any given time to change your body and your life in just 12 weeks. You will also be able to log and track your personal progress in your dashboard to keep you motivated. However, if you want to enter the BMC competition you need to start your transformation on the set dates.
