You can really use anything, even whey protein to make protein gummies

Simple recipe: Mix Pre-workout or EAAs according to instructions.
Pour in a small saucepan and add 4-5 sachets of gelatine.
DO NOT BOIL – it should just be hot enough to dissolve the gelatine.
Be sure to completely dissolve one sachet of gelatine before adding another one.
Once all the gelatine is mixed into the saucepan, remove off heat and allow to cool for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into moulds of choice.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes


**The actual serving is on the plate… so one serving goes a long way.
