4-Ingredient Protein Smoothie

This 4-ingredient smoothie by @marcell_erasmus is worth a try!

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving Bluelab 100% Whey protein, vanilla flavour
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon crushed ginger

Blend together in a blender with 400ml water and enjoy!
