Anabolic protein popcorn clusters. 🍿💪

I’ve made this delicious, frozen, popcorn dessert bites called Anabolic Protein Popcorn Clusters. The end result is that of something that tastes better than Diddle Daddle caramel popcorn, featuring less calories. Makes 6 protein popcorn clusters and comes in at about 60 calories per serving.
🍿One bag of popped light popcorn (it’s about 60g of popped popcorn)
🍿40g of whey protein (I used Hardcore Whey Double Chocolate Rocky Road.)
🍿60ml sugar free maple syrup
🍿60ml pancake syrup
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Once all ingredients are thoroughly mixed, divide the mixture into at least 6 clusters using paper muffin cups to divide the mixture in to. Place the muffin cups into the freezer and freeze for at least 20 minutes before devouring.✌️
