BANANA PROTEIN PANCAKES

With a dash of kiwi and, of course, the most important ingredient: Bluelab 100% Whey Vanilla flavour (or any other flavour you prefer).

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla Bluelab 100% Whey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 bananas
  • Almond milk or any other milk you prefer
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4 heaped spoons of self-raising flour for that extra lift or any other flour you prefer

Method
Combine all the ingredients together, it should have a thick consistency.
Spray your pan with cooking spray and fry the pancakes in a pan until golden brown.

Chocolate sauce
In a sauce pot over medium heat, put in a few blocks of dark chocolate and add a splash of milk.

You can enjoy it with pieces of kiwi and drizzle melted chocolate over it.
