This cheesecake is packed with protein and so easy to whip up.

- 1 tub plain, fat free cottage cheese
- 2 servings USN Bluelab™ 100% Whey protein Tex flavour
- 1/2 cup plain, fat free yogurt
- 1 egg + 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp nut butter (optional)
Preheat oven to 180°C. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it up! Pour mixture into a prepared baking pan (can use brownie or cake pan) and bake for 20-30 minutes. Be careful not to over bake. Rather take it out, allow to cool and as it cools it will set. Once cooled, refrigerate and enjoy!
You can easily make this without a base, but should you want a base just mix the following ingredients in a bowl until a sticky dough forms, press down the dough so that it covers the bottom surface of your baking pan, pour cheesecake mixture on top and then bake.
Base ingredients: 2 tbsp protein powder, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp nut butter
