Makes 6 brownies
- 1 scoop Bluelab 100% Whey Double Choc flavour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 4 tbsp. baking sweetener or coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan Rock salt
- 1 tbsp. coconut flour
- 2 tbs. peanut butter
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 unsweetened apple sauce
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and pour into a silicone muffin tray. If you want to lower the calories per muffin you can make about 10 small ones.
Bake on 175 ° C for 15 minutes.
