No Bake Protein Bites

Ingredients:

 

– 375ml Peanut butter

– 1/2 Cup Chopped Dates

– 1 Cup Roasted Oats

– 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed Oil

– 3 Scoops Hardcore Whey gH (I used Tex flavor)

– 1 Cup Desiccated Coconut

 

Method:

 

Mix all the ingredients together and set in the fridge for 30 mins or until firm

Roll into bite size balls and coat with coconut shavings

Makes approximately 30 bites

Keep them refrigerated
