Delicious high protein flapjacks using the new Hardcore Whey gH Peppermint Crisp flavour.

- 1 large ripe banana (mashed)
- 2 large egg whites (beaten into the mashed banana)
- Pinch of baking powder
- 1 heaped scoop of Hardcore Whey gH Peppermint Crisp
Mix together to form a batter, then using spray and cook fry on medium heat until little bubbles appear, then flip.
I garnished mine with 15 g sugar free peanut butter, maple syrup and crushed Peppermint Crisps
