PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH

1 x tin chickpeas, drained and skins removed
1 and a half scoops USN plant protein powder (chocolate mocha flavor)
30g almond butter
2 x teaspoons honey
1 x tablespoon coconut flour
3 x teaspoons sweetener of choice
Half a USN Trust bar – chocolate crisp flavour
1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas and remove the skins.
2. Pop all your ingredients except for the trusts bar, into a blender, and blend until smooth, if the mixture is still too runny you can add more coconut flour.
3. Chop up your trust bar and fold it into the cookie dough and enjoy it as is ? you can keep it in the fridge in a airtight container.
