Protein Mug Cakes

Looking for something sweet that’s also quick to prepare? This keto-friendly mug cakes from @ketoguy9 will do the trick! This recipe is really easy to follow and all you need is a microwave.


  • 1 scoop USN Zero Carb IsoPro
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon xylitol
  • Half a teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Dash of vanilla essence


Mix all the ingredients together and whisk till smooth.
Grease 2 microwave safe cups or ramekins.
Divide mixture into them and microwave for 2 minutes.
Top with fresh whipped cream and berries!
