Make your life a little sweeter with this Strawberry Shortcake Protein Pudding from Barbells and Brownies – clean treats.
- 300g fat free plain yogurt
- 60g strawberries
- 1 x scoop of USN Strawberry Shortcake Plant Protein
- 9g simply delish vanilla pudding
- 4g of guar gum
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia or any other sweetener of choice
- 3 x Gullon sugar-free digestive biscuits (crumbled one biscuit per serving)
Place yogurt into blender, add the plant protein, stevia powder, simply delish pudding, guar gum and strawberries. Blend on high for about 40 seconds until smooth. Leave overnight for best results. Crumble one digestive biscuit on top of each serving of pudding. Makes 3 servings
To make it completely vegan remove the yogurt and replace with coconut cream.
