Try these delicious bars from @barbellsandbrowniesza when you need a high protein snack.
- 4 x Weet-bix biscuits
- 50 g oats
- 1 tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 scoop 100% BlueLab™ Whey Protein chocolate flavour
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 50 ml honey or any liquid sugar replacement
- 30 g melted coconut oil
- 40 g chocolate USN Trust Slimsmart bar
Smash up the Weet-bix biscuits then add all the other dry ingredients, mix it up then add all the wet ingredients and press into a square tin, flatten with the back of a spoon, melt your trust bar and pour on top, set in the fridge for a couple of hours and cut into squares.
