21g Protein Serving: Mix 1 scoop (31g) into 200 – 250 ml of cold water
Optimal 42g Protein Serving: Mix 2 Scoops into 400 – 500ml of cold water.
Shake well for 30 seconds, wait for it to settle for 60 seconds and shake again before drinking.
Adjust your protein intake from 1 – 5 servings, depending on your physique goal and protein requirements.

Since I?ve adopted a vegan diet, I haven?t used any protein powder consistently except for pure pea protein powder. I used it in smoothies and oats and added cocoa or cinnamon for flavour. Well, I?m happy to share that those days are over.
The new USN Plant Protein is so delicious that you can blend it with just ice and almond milk and it tastes like the most decadent milkshake. It’s insane!
