Easy to drink. I love using it before going for a long ride or a long run for the extra energy and endurance. It has no sugar so it works perfect with my diet. I take it afterwards for muscle recovery.

Pure BCAA

Reduces muscle fatigue

Improves muscle gains & protein synthesis

Increased energy & muscle recovery

Pure BCAA is a premium amino acid supplement with a 2:1:1 ratio. Actually, also known as the most effectively absorbed ratio of amino acids in the human body. BCAAs support muscle gains through a reduction of fatigue which aids in endurance, increased energy, as well as, repair and recovery. It serves to reduce muscle fatigue and will improve muscle gains. Furthermore, it can lead to increased energy and even muscle recovery. What is more, by improving protein synthesis, BCAA will boost muscle growth and recovery.

Pure BCAA ingredients include:

L-valine: To begin with, Valine helps stimulate muscle growth and regeneration and it is also involved in the energy production process.

L-leucine: Critical for protein synthesis, as well as, muscle repair. It also helps regulate blood sugar levels, stimulates wound healing and produces growth hormones.

L-isoleucine is an amino acid that is concentrated in muscle tissue. This amino acid is responsible for muscle metabolism. It’s also important for immune function, haemoglobin production and energy regulation.
