3 Ingredient Protein Brownies


  • 160 g banana (1 and a half banana)
  • 30g (1 serving) protein powder (you can use whey or casein – I used USN’s chocolate Casein Protein)
  • 45 g (⅓ cup) sugar-free hot chocolate powder (you can use normal unsweetened cacao, but then you’ll have to add some sweetener of choice to taste). @delitedashfood has an amazing sugar-free hot chocolate mix.

* You can easily double this recipe. I only got six small brownie squares from these quantities.


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Pour mixture into a small greased baking tin.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool before cutting.

63 calories per brownie
