3 Ingredient Protein Brownies

To a blender:

160g banana (1 and a half banana)

30g (1 serving) protein powder (You can use whey or casein- I used @usnsa choc casein)

45g (⅓ cup) sugar free hot chocolate powder (you can use normal unsweetened cacao, but then you’ll have to add some sweetener of choice to taste) @delitedashfood has this amazing sugar free hot chocolate milky mix.

**This recipe can easily be doubled. I only got 6 small brownie squares from these quantities.

Preheat oven to 180C. Pour mixture into a small greased baking tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into these beauties.
