Air-fried high protein brownies using Wholefood Gainer

  • 30 g all-purpose flour
  • 40 g Wholefood Gainer
  • 10 g cocoa
  • 2 g Xylitol sugar
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 50 g plain yoghurt
  • 30 g pure honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 TBSP dark chocolate chips

METHOD

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. The batter will be thick and sticky.
  3. Spray your baking pan and evenly spread your batter.
  4. Air fry for 6 minutes at 230°C or ovenbake at 200°C for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Slice into 4 pieces (1 piece = 143 calories)
