Biscoff banana muffins recipe

For the muffins:

– 35g @junglesouthafrica

– 3 servings vanilla whey @usnsa

– 2 medium/ 3small very ripe bananas (200g)

– 1/2cup egg whites

– 100g fat free plain yoghurt

– 1 tsp cinnamon

– 1/2 tsp baking soda

– 1 tsp baking powder

– Good pinch of salt


Preheat your oven to 180.

Prepare your muffin tin with Spray & Cook.

Mix all the ingredients in a blender

Fill 1/2-3/4 of each muffin with the mix.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.


For the inside-biscoff

Take about 30g @lotusbiscoffuk and about 50ml @almondbreezesa (unsweetened).

Put in the microwave and let it heat stirring occasionally. Be careful as it can boil over quickly.

When you reach a drizzle consistency it is fine.

Use a syringe to insert the drizzle into the muffin.
