Blueberry purée on protein flapjacks

INGREDIENTS

Protein flapjacks:

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 1/2 scoops of USN chocolate protein
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 250 ml almond milk or liquid of choice

Blueberry purée:

  • 80 ml water
  • Handful blueberries

METHOD

Protein flapjacks:

  1. Blend the ingredients together.
  2. Place a small pan on high heat.
  3. Add a spoonful of the flapjack mix into the pan and bake.

Blueberry purée:

  1. Stir and squish the blueberries in a pan until it becomes a thicker consistency.
  2. Take off the heat when you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Top flapjacks with blueberry purée and have a delicious breakfast!
