Easy High Protein Granola

1 serving (32g) whey protein (felt like making these Peppermint Crisp flavour from @usnsa)

50g rolled oats

10g All-bran flakes

10g puffed wheat (can sub with puffed rice)

Granular sweetener of choice (I used 2 tbsp erythritol)

1 tbsp sugar free syrup (can sub with 1 tbsp honey)

**This recipe can easily be doubled/tripled!!!!

Preheat oven to 180C. Mix the ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Spread out on a baking sheet and bake at 180Ν’ C. Give it about 10 minutes, take it out, toss it around, break it apart and into finer pieces. Bake for another 5 minutes or so, until golden brown. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR GRANOLA BABIES so that they don’t bun. Take out and leave to cool before storing in a jar. The granola will harden and get more crunchy as it cools down.Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into these beauties.
