Flourless high protein pancake stack

  • 1 medium sized banana
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 scoop BlueLab™ 100% Whey Protein Chocolate flavour
  • Dark chocolate squares
  • Any brand hazelnut spread
  • 1/4 cup of water


  1. In a bowl, mash the banana and mix with the egg
  2. Add the protein and continue to mix until a smooth batter is formed, if too thick add a dash of water.
  3. Heat a pan with a tap of coconut oil.
  4. Add a spoonful of the batter, then add a teaspoon of the hazelnut spread into the middle, cover this with more pancake batter and cook until brown.
  5. Repeat, until the batter has been used.
  6. Top with dark chocolate chunks and enjoy!
