Healthier easter eggs

Makes 8 eggs

 

INGREDIENTS FOR EGGS:

  • ½ cup USN Diet Fuel Ultralean Speckled Eggs or USN BLUELAB™ 100% Whey
  • 4 tbsp. Peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • ¼ cup almond flour

CHOCOLATE COATING:

  • ½ bar 85% Lindt
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 6 Stevia drops

 

METHOD:

Melt chocolate and coconut oil and Stevia on the stove in a Bain Marie (Lindt chocolate with a high cocoa content usually burns in the microwave).

For inside the egg:

Mix everything into dough. If it crumbles, add a dash of almond milk, if it’s too sticky add more almond flour. (It should make a big ball).

Divide into 8 balls.

Press into a spoon shaped like an egg or shape with your hands.

Dip the bottom of each egg in the melted chocolate and place on baking paper or sheet.

Brush on or pour the rest of the chocolate on top of the eggs until covered.

Place in the fridge for ⅕ hours until chocolate is set.
