Keto Cup Tarts

Try these delicious USN keto-friendly tarts the next time you are in the mood for something sweet. recipe by @ketoguy9

Base

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut

Filling

  • 175 g cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup chopped up strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons xylitol
  • 1 tablespoon USN Keto MCT oil
  • Dash of vanilla essence
  • 1 scoop EPIK ISOZERO WHEY (Vanilla or Strawberry)
  • 250 ml full cream

For the base:
Mix the almond flour, melted butter and coconut together to form a crumble.

Filling:

Mix together the cream cheese, xylitol, MCT oil and vanilla with a wooden spoon till smooth.
Mash the chopped up berries with a fork.
Add the berries and USN whey to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well with a spoon.
Whip the cream till stiff and gently fold into cream cheese mixture.

Assemble the cups by dividing the crumble into 4 serving cups or ramekins. Fill each with the cream cheese filling. Top with berries of choice and refrigerate until it is served.
