For the base:
Mix the almond flour, melted butter and coconut together to form a crumble.
Mix together the cream cheese, xylitol, MCT oil and vanilla with a wooden spoon till smooth.
Mash the chopped up berries with a fork.
Add the berries and USN whey to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well with a spoon.
Whip the cream till stiff and gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
Assemble the cups by dividing the crumble into 4 serving cups or ramekins. Fill each with the cream cheese filling. Top with berries of choice and refrigerate until it is served.
