KETO | Nut butter smoothie

Smoothies are a way of life for some and we have the perfect nut butter smoothie recipe! It is tasty, filling and KETO-friendly! This is a high fat, low carb and great tasting recipe.

  • Total Fat: 44 g per serving
  • Total Protein: 21 g per serving
  • Net Carbs: 4 g per serving

(Makes 2 servings)


  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 serving of USN KETO Meal Shake or 32 g
  • 3 tbsp of USN KETO sweetener
  • ¼ cup of coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 1 cup of ice


  1. Combine the dry ingredients and mix well before adding them to a blender.
  2. Pour into milk and cream.
  3. Add the nut butter and the ice and blend until the desired consistency is achieved.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass and garnish.
  5. This recipe takes about 10 minutes to complete.
