Low-calorie whey protein milk tart


  • 2 scoops USN BLUELAB 100% Whey Protein (vanilla flavour)
  • 300 ml low-fat yoghurt (I prefer the lactose-free Nolac Clover)
  • 10 g sachet gelatine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 5 ml cinnamon
  • A pinch of dark chocolate shavings
  • 8 Gullon sugar-free shortbread biscuits (or any other you prefer)


  1. Crumble the biscuit and split it evenly between two small serving bowls or glasses.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the chocolate shavings) to a blender or a USN shaker. Mix/blend very well.
  3. Pour into serving bowls or glasses on top of the biscuit layer and refrigerate for two hours.
  4. Add the fine chocolate shavings and serve.
