Microwave protein cheesecake

Try this recipe from @pullupsandpeanutbutter the next time you are craving something delicious.


  • ⅓ tub fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ serving USN BlueLab whey protein (flavour of choice)
  • Sweetener of choice- I used a pinch of stevia powder and a few drops of liquid sweetener


  1. Spray a bowl/mug/ramekin with some cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together until smooth (This shouldn’t take long at all).
  3. Pour into the prepared bowl/mug/ramekin and pop into the microwave for 60 to 75 seconds.
  4. Take out the microwave and leave to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Top with some frosting made from 2 tbsp. fat free cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. whey protein and a pinch of sweetener.
