Mocha Protein Donuts


  • 2  servings (60 g) whey protein (I’m in love with the buttermilk flavour from @usnsa, it’s so versatile)
  • 40g Jungle protein porridge (can also use oat flour)
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • Sweetener of choice (I used ¼ cup erythritol)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 90 ml almond milk (you can use any milk)


  1. Blend or manually mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  3. Spray your donut pan with no-stick spray and fill them up. I managed to fill 11 donut moulds.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Take out and allow to cool before decorating them with whatever your heart desires. I used some yogurt mixed with casein protein powder and also melted a few blocks of the @usnsa Trust SlimSmart protein chocolate.
