Morning Kick-Start Smoothie

1 cup orange juice (About 125 mg vitamin C)
1 large carrot, peeled
1 large orange (About 98 mg vitamin C)
USN Slim & Beauty Collagen Frosted Nectarine flavour (500 mg vitamin C)
150 g plain yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
3 dates
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tbsp ginger, grated


  1. Peel carrot and remove the skin of the orange.
  2. Put the carrot, orange and orange juice in a blender and start to blend.
  3. Add chia seeds, yogurt, cinnamon and ginger and continue to blend.
  4. Leave the smoothie a while to thicken until it reaches the desired consistency.
