No Bake Protein Lamingtons Recipe

A healthier version of the lamingtons recipe that we all love!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2/3 cups coconut oil
  • 2 scoops USN Diet Fuel Ultralean vanilla flavour
  • 1/3 cup pure honey

Blend everything in a food processor until a dough is formed and roll into even bite sized balls.

GLAZE:

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • Extra shredded coconut for rolling

Melt coconut oil with honey and add cocoa powder.

Dip balls into the melted coconut oil and then roll into shredded coconut.

Keep refrigerated.
