Peanut butter & chocolate fudgy protein brownies

🥜PB layer:

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (240g)

80ml almond milk

35g peanut butter

1 tbsp PB2 @pb2southafrica (powdered peanut butter, or add another 5-10g of peanut butter)

1 tsp baking powder

🍫Chocolate layer:

50g whey protein (I used @usnsa double chocolate rocky road)

20g coconut flour (or all-purpose wheat flour)

½ tsp bicarb soda

100ml almond milk

200g fat free plain yogurt

Start with the PB layer’s ingredients, blend it up and pour into a well-greased ovenproof dish.

Next, blend up all the chocolate layer ingredients and pour them over on top of the PB layer. Bake at 180 ͒C (remember to preheat) and bake for approximately 40 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool before cutting it into squares. These are best to enjoy after it has been in the refrigerator for a few hours. Its sets as it cools. Enjoy! Xx
