This prebiotic chia seed pudding recipe is high in prebiotic fibre to help your gut stay healthy. Prebiotics are types of dietary fibres that feed the healthy gut bacteria and help them thrive. ¾ cup almond milk (unsweetened)
2 Tbsp Diet Fuel Ultralean, chocolate flavour
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp honey
Pinch of salt


  1. Place all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix them together with a spoon. Cover the bowl and place it into the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. You can also leave it overnight if you prefer.
  2. Stir the chia seed pudding again before eating.
  3. Top the pudding with sliced banana, flax seeds and almonds.
