Protein Buttermilk Bran Muffins

This recipe still needs somewhat tweaking, but it’s tasty and definitely satisfies a bran muffin craving. It’s also HIGH IN PROTEIN #musclegainz

2 serving (60g) whey protein (@usnsa buttermilk flavour works perfect)
1 cup (45g) bran wheat
3 tbsp (45g) erythritol (or whatever sweetener you prefer)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt (Always!)
1 cup (250ml or 220g) buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg
Half of a large banana (65g of banana)
Method: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix all the dry ingredients and all the wet ingredients separately. Now mix it ALL together. Pour batter into greased muffin tins. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Makes about 10-12 muffins
