Delicious protein chocolate cookie recipe by @peanutbutterandjolly. They are topped with chopped protein chocolate and almonds and on top of that, they require no baking.
(Makes 14 cookies)
Melt the coconut oil and peanut butter together. Pour off the water from the dates, mash and add to the peanut butter mixture. Stir in protein powder, oats and chopped almonds. Mix well. Shape into balls. Press down with fork. Add chopped chocolate and almonds on top. Refrigerate or freeze in an airtight container. Enjoy!
