Super easy protein flapjacks

Delicious protein flapjack recipe by @thecreativebite!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 40g USN Bluelab™ 100% Whey Vanilla or Bar One flavour
  • 1 large very ripe banana
  • ⅛ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 large eggs

METHOD:

Mix all the ingredients together.

Bake flapjacks in a pan as you normally would.

Top with almond butter, cacao nibs, and some granola/mixed nuts/frozen strawberries.
