This is a fail-proof, curdle free, whey protein hot chocolate recipe. It’s getting colder, I want comfort food, you want comfort food… but we still want to reach our body goals, right? Make yourself a hot cuppa when the cravings hit!
Add one scoop of chocolate whey protein to your USN whey shaker.
Also add cold milk of choice (almond, soy, low fat and full fat are also good choices).
Shake until your whey is nice and smooth and pour the whey into your coffee mug.
Boil water and add it to your whey.
The secret here is that your milk and hot water ratio should be about 50/50. This will prevent curdling.
