Rice Creme is a pure & finely milled, smooth white rice cereal. Suitable for carb-loading and a source of protein that is also high in energy and low in fat.  

ƒ Microwave: Place 25 g (±1 heaped scoop) of RiceCrème in a microwavable bowl and add 150 – 200 ml
of boiling water or milk. Stir well with a fork or spoon.
ƒ Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well. Repeat this until you reach the desired consistency.
Water quantity and cooking time may be varied.
ƒ Stovetop: Place 25 g (±1 heaped scoop) of Rice Crème in a pot and add 150 – 200 ml boiling water
or milk. Stir well with a fork or spoon.
ƒ Bring to a boil and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until cooked. Water quantity and cooking
time may be varied to obtain desired consistency.
ƒ For a double serving use 50 g (±2 heaped scoops) Rice Crème with 300 – 400 ml water or milk.
ƒ Best Combined with / Stir-in Ideas: Protein powder can easily be added to make a high
protein Rice Crème. Nut butters can be added to increase total energy and fatty acid levels.
