Grape and Orange flavours are Halaal certified.

Ingredients

Creatine monohydrate and ethyl ester creatine: enhances creatine and glycogen loading and enhances performance, strength and endurance.

High-GI carbohydrates: spikes insulin levels and drives creatine and glycogen into muscles.

The Tiger’s blood flavour is not Halaal certified.

Recommended Use

For muscle building
  • Mix 2 scoops (43 g) with 300–350 ml of cold water.
For creatine loading
  • Drink 4 servings daily for 5 days, then maintain with 1–2 servings per day.
For maintenance
  • Take 1 serving before and 1 serving directly after your workout. Remember to have at least 10–12 large glasses of water per day.
For sprinting
  • Take 1 serving before training or an event.
The beneficial effects of creatine will only be obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g creatine.
