  • Fibre content: there should ideally be at least 3 grams of fibre per serving, but the higher, the better. A high fibre content is crucial to support your gut health and keep you feeling fuller for longer. Therefore, making it more effective to manage your appetite.
  • Sugar content: the sugar content should preferably be less than 4 grams per serving, but the lower the sugar content, the better.
  • Fat percentage: Your body still needs a small amount of fat to maintain brain function and lubricate joints. Ideally, a light meal replacement should not contain more than 4 grams of fat per serving.
