KETO Egg & Bacon Sandwich

Keto breakfast sandwich information

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
4 strips of streaky bacon
½ an avocado
A handful of basil leaves
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
KETO MCT Oil
Micro herbs

METHOD

  1. Cut basil leaves into smaller pieces.
  2. Place avocado in a bowl and mash it with a fork.
  3. Mix avocado with basil leaves.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Add KETO MCT Oil to a pan and fry the eggs.
  6. Fry the bacon.
  7. Layer the egg, avocado and bacon on top of each other, and close the sandwich with another egg.
  8. Garnish with micro herbs.
